As artists our objective is to capture you essence as a couple and translate it throughout the wedding design, ensuring that every moment resonates with your guests.
We understand the complexity of transforming your vision into reality. With a meticulous and curated approach, our team of experts crafts an emotive, bespoke, and highly personalized wedding styling plan, ensuring every detail reflects unparalleled luxury and sophistication.
DELIVERY
- Supervise and management of venue set up, along with the installation of production equipment, including lighting and sound, as well as furniture and floral arrangements.
- Ensure that all styling elements presented meet an elite standard. This includes making sure everything is polished and spotless, tables and chairs are perfectly spaced and aligned, and menus/place cards are arranged in the correct order and position.
- Provide quality management for all styling curation both before and on the day of the event, ensuring a flawlessly orchestrated ceremony and reception styling ahead of your and your guests' arrival. This service is ideal for couples who desire a pristine look for their ceremony or wish to capture their reception's first look before guests arrive.
- Travel, transport, accommodation and extra staffing fees apply should it be necessary

STYLING INCLUSIONS
Design
- Two in-depth styling consultations
- One mood board along with a synopsis of your styling from the ceremony to the reception
- One detailed 2D venue floor plan
- One site visit
- Styling for both the ceremony and reception
- Provide and source furniture, decor and floral elements for your wedding day. (Furniture, decor and florals are charged separately and done by Bella Fiore)
Planning
- Creation and financial management of a ceremony and reception styling budget
- One detailed event report
- A personalized, thorough wedding checklist
- Exclusive access to your customized Bella Fiore portal
- Development of your unique and comprehensive styling guide summary
SUPPLIERS
- Gain exclusive access to our curated portfolio of top recommended suppliers through our client portal.
- Receive and provide up to three quotes from any of our preferred styling supplier categories.
- Book and oversee all styling suppliers.
- Coordinate and manage your selected Styling Dream Team along with your venue.
- Share your floor plans and styling guide summary with your Styling Dream Team.
YOUR INVESTMENT
Pricing begins at R13 500 with a minimum styling budget of R40 000 (ZAR)
This minimum fee applies subject to the size, complexity, and duration of your celebration.
Styling items (including flowers) are additional to the above service inclusions.
A minimum wedding styling budget of:
- R65 000 at a venue with 0-20 guests
- R125 000 at a venue with 20 – 50 guests
- R 180,000 at a venue with 50-100 guests
- R350,000, dry hire/marquee set up, with 50-100 guests
- This budget amount includes wedding day stationery, cake, favours, linen, flowers, candles, lighting, and and has been based on average expenditure in the 2025 and 2026 wedding seasons in South Africa. We’ll answer all those nagging questions and concerns that might have you stressed, what you will like to achieve and what your priorities are will be taken into careful consideration. We will also walk through what working together would look like.
PROPOSAL
Following our consultation, we will prepare a tailored proposal for your event. It will be like unwrapping a box of chocolates and savoring each flavor. This document will include everything essential – from a summary of your inquiry and wedding vision to a comprehensive outline of my services, along with a detailed breakdown of the scope of work and investment value.
